I am no fan of basic knits. I just like to play with 'em :) When I work i sometimes do freestyle knit- I do not follow any pattern, I just to whatever is on my mind. This way of designing will appear here more often as the effect really pleases me ;-) 

Nie zawsze odnajduję się w planowanych wzorach- owszem dają mi poczucie kontroli i jestem pewna że zawsze wyjdą, ale czasem lubię tak po prostu tworzyć z głowy , porzucając gdzieś z tyłu myśl że przecież muszę zrobić taki sam tył czy drugi rękaw, czasem i wprawne oko nie jest w stanie policzyć tego, co się stało. Bardzo się odnajduję w takich projektach i będę je robiła częściej bo po prostu wychodzi coś fajnego. Nie znajdziesz u mnie prostego swetra, przykro mi!;-)

I am no fan of gossip websites, but when I noticed these pictures with Ewa Chodakowska holding my design in her hand I must admit I felt extremely happy. She looks just stunning and I wish it was cold so I could see her wearing that cardi!

You saw inspiration, you felt potential. Now you can see the results- my temporary oasis of piece and sweet dreams. I said temporary for a reason - I'd love to move somewhere. So far I can't really afford it since my brand soaks money like sponge soaks water, but as we all know - nobody said it will be easy. 

So, I have cleaned, polished and painted  wooden pallets myself, and if I knew there will be so much work with them- I doubt I would even start. All in all it took me 2 weeks. The new things I bought are flowers and pillowcases, that would be it, rest I had already. 

The only advice I can give you if you wish to have sth done from wooden pallets- think twice. They're spiders nest. 

I should start from screaming out loud : HEY, I HAVE A LOGO! It took me a really long while. 

When I came back to Poland in May, all the attention was payed to #ochaknits. Labels, website ( still not existing ) orders ( coming along ) , new ideas (wish day was longer ) blog. It brings huge amount of stress but I must admit I love it. I do not regret any single decision. It was my dream to start a company on my own dedicated to designing and feeling customer's respect for handcrafted goods.

At the moment I try to collect knits for the photoshoot. Hopefully it will happen soon, I just have to finish my orders... :)

I am about to make some little, but crucial changes in the appereance of my living space. White paint bought already, gotta finish some of my orders and eventually I will pay all the attention to all relevant details like flowers, dream catchers, curtains etc etc... Long way ahead, stay tuned xx

My closet is full of stuff I bought second hand with the thought in my mind that one day I will make something new out of it. Last time I decided to clean up, I found a long, suede skirt. At first I wanted to make a bag, but the skirt was already done as patchwork which at that moment I couldn't deal with. Shortly after I scrolled  pinterest and got inspired by the work of ( not really sure ) mexican designer, whose bras are a real blast this summer. I reckon last year holiday time was all about TRIANGL.

I cut out triangle pieces and made stitches all around, then I took a crochet hook and started my design.

I really like this lace up trend, it was not meant to look as it does above, but I am really happy of the tryout I made because the final look is just gorgeous!
